This weekend is the Danskin Triathlon. I signed up months and month ago. Going today to the registration and briefing was really wonderful.
There were so many beautiful, strong, out cancer survivors there!
And Team Survivor!! What a dream come true. This is an organization of women cancer survivors who are interested in supporting each others' desire to enjoy life. They run, swim, dance, dragonboat (is that a verb??), snowshoe and more! I am going to join as soon as I can. They already gave me a jersey to wear in the triathlon tomorrow.
